If you have created an account with us, please log in. In the order history you will find an overview of your orders.
If you are not a registered customer, you can access your order via the order status. All you need is the order number and your e-mail address.
Now select the products you want to return and select a reason for the return.
When you have selected all products, click 'Send' and submit your return request to us.
You need a return label to return the parcel to us free of charge via DHL. Simply contact our consumer services team. You will then receive an e-mail with the return label.
Pack the product to be returned into its original box and apply the return label to the carton.
Drop the box off with your local post office
